To change the image that is sent along with the Article in the chat widget, you need to enter the Help Center section of KnowledgeBase App.

Inside the section you can find multiple customization options, the one that we are looking for is Preview Image (screenshot below). After clicking the field, you can upload your own image that will be displayed when sending an article card.
